Coming 2022 season – New Video Analysis

      Our club coach Howard Jones (Coach H) can now offer one-to-one coaching sessions to those wishing to improve their personal delivery routine, whether you are a beginner or experienced bowler. With introduction of Video Analysis (VA) with Slow Motion and Freeze Frame capability you will be able to identify those small discrepancies in your delivery that lead to inconsistency in your delivery result. To book an Enhanced 1+1 Session use the book a coach form or call Coach H on 07932 738626. Please note their will be a small donation required for use of VA to cover App subscription charges.

PDR – Personal Delivery Routine

TIP [HJ/DR001] – Have you got a Personal Delivery Routine (PDR)? Did you know that your PDR starts as soon as you pick up your bowl and is an essential element to a consistent delivery. If you would like to find yours, why not contact a Club Coach and arrange a lesson.

 

CFR – Consistent Finish Result

TIP [HJ/DR002]- Are you suffering from a 1 in 4 finish result? – Focus, Aim, Weight and Rhythm(Feel) X Repetition = Consistent Finish Result (CFR). This can be achieved by REPETITIVE PRACTICE. We have the practice drill to help you achieve your CFR.
